  • When the shipment is already in the hands of the transport agency you will receive an email with the issue number, you can track the shipment in: www.correosexpress.com
  • You will receive an SMS on the mobile phone attached to the order, with the confirmation of the exact time that the carrier will make the delivery.

Return policy

IMPORTANT

You can change or return any product within the 30 days after purchase.
DO NOT a change or return of a product will be accepted used.

CHANGES

  1. To make a change, if you are registered as a customer follow the instructions in section 1.1, if you are not registered fill in the form you have received with your order and follow the instructions in section 1.2.
  2. Then, send the product to Grimpada (the address will be in the 1.3 section), you can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.
  3. When your package arrives at Grimpada, we will check the status of the product, if everything is correct we will proceed to make the change within the following 24h. The changes are subject to the stock, if we do not have the model, size or color, we will contact you to find a solution.
  4. Finally we will send you the change, in this case you will receive the package by express courier Express and we will take care of the costs and shipping management. You will receive the 3 order tracking emails when you made the first purchase.

RETURNS

  1. To make a refund, if you are registered as a customer follow the instructions in section 1.1, if you are not registered Fill out the form you received with your order and follow the instructions in section 1.2.
  2. Then, send the product to Grimpada (the address will be in the 1.3 section), you can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.
  3. When your package arrives at Grimpada, we will check the status of the product, if everything is correct we will proceed to make the payment within the following 48h, with the same payment method that was used when making the purchase.

ERRONEOUS PRODUCT

  1. If you have received a wrong product, we apologize in advance.
  2. Send us an email to info@grimpada.com or call us 93 762 62 20.
  3. We will contact you to manage the collection and send you the correct garment.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

  1. If you have received a defective product, we apologize in advance.
  2. To speed up the process send us several photos to info@grimpada.com where the defect is appreciated, along with your name and order number or invoice and a brief explanation of the detected defect.
  3. We will assess your case and we will contact you, in case it is a manufacturing defect we will manage the collection and we will send you a new garment.

HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE OR RETURN?

    1. I AM REGISTERED
      1. Enter MY ACCOUNT and access CHANGES AND RETURNS.
      2. Select the order on which you want to make the change.
      3. Request a new product return, select the products you want to change or return.
      4. Follow the instructions and send us the request.
      5. Once the application has arrived, it will be approved and you will receive an email with the return number.
      6. Enter MY ACCOUNT and access CHANGES AND RETURNS, there you will see the accepted return, click on see, check that everything is correct and print the return form.
      7. Prepare a package with the items you want to change or return and enter the form you have printed.
      8. Send it to GRIMPADA (You will see the address in the 1.3 section)
      9. If you have received a wrong or defective product send us an email to: info@grimpada.com
